Returns and Exchanges

At ChristianCDs.co.uk you can shop with confidence in knowing that if you change your mind about something you've bought we offer a no-nonsense, hassle-free approach to returns and exchanges.

Note: Our returns guarantee for orders over £50.00 is limited to 7 days. Other orders can be returned up to 28 days after receipt of goods.

Unwanted Goods

You may return most products to us at any time up to the end of the twenty-eighth day after you receive them without giving us any reason. Cancelled orders will be refunded within 30 days.

Standard delivery charges will only be refunded on returns requested within 7 days of you receiving your order.

Any additional delivery service selected will be taken as an agreement of a separate contract and cannot be refunded after dispatch.

We require that returned goods must be in the condition they were in when delivered to you and you will need to pay for any delivery/postage charges.

No returns on Dated Materials or Earrings can be accepted unless faulty or damaged.

Some books, including most Bibles, are packaged in sealed boxes or shrink-wrapping. If the packaging is opened or damaged then they cannot be returned.

Audio Recordings, DVDs, Videos and Software can only be returned if they were dispatched to you in a shrinkwrapped or sealed package AND are returned in the same unopened condition. Many of these products are not produced in sealed packaging and therefore cannot be returned unless they are faulty for copyright reasons.



Damaged/Faulty Goods

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please contact us by email or in writing within 28 working days of the delivery of the goods.

We will either replace the items or give you a full refund - whichever you prefer. Please contact us in advance so that we can provide you with a FreePost address to return the faulty items.
